This small modern house is a standard prefabricated Eco House. It is built to operate entirely with environmental standards of thermal insulation and energy consumption and is equipped with all modern comforts.

The prefabricated Eco House was constructed within the framework of a co-financed programme of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus, with the University of Cyprus.

The exterior of the house and the raised floor are covered with thermal insulation materials. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system that provides it with energy autonomy. The aluminum used also has energy saving specifications and the water supply system is connected to solar heat accumulators.
The house includes automation systems, hidden lighting and materials of high standards for safety and energy efficiency. The modern interior aesthetics offer all the comfort, practicality and warmth that one is looking for in a space to call home.
